The villa features three spacious, air-conditioned bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom and Smart TV, offering guests complete privacy and comfort. The master bedroom is furnished with a large double bed measuring 190 x 210 cm, a spacious wardrobe, a 50-inch Smart TV and a private bathroom with a large bathtub, washbasin and heating. Upon request, an additional sleeping option in the form of a sofa bed can be prepared in this room.
The second bedroom also offers a large double bed of the same dimensions, a spacious wardrobe, a Smart TV and a modern private bathroom with a walk-in shower and heating, while a baby travel cot is available free of charge upon request. The third bedroom is equipped with two separate single beds, a chest of drawers for clothing, a Smart TV and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower, making it an ideal choice for children or friends.
At the heart of the villa is a bright and spacious open-plan living area that seamlessly connects the kitchen, dining area and living room. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances, including a double refrigerator, induction cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle and toaster, allowing you to prepare meals just like at home. The dining area features a large table that comfortably seats eight adults, with a baby high chair available upon request. The living room invites you to relax on a large corner sofa while enjoying the 65-inch Smart TV, and additional entertainment is provided through board games, puzzles and toys for children. The entire space is air-conditioned.

Rental terms
- To secure and confirm the reservation, an advance payment of 30% of the total reservation amount is required.
- The remaining amount of 70% from the total reservation price will be charged upon arrival.
- The guest can cancel for free 30 or more days before arrival.
- If cancelled within 30 days before arrival, the guest will be refunded 0% of the deposit amount.
- If the guest does not show up on the arrival date, we will not refund the paid amount.
- The deposit is 500,00 € and must be paid upon arrival.
